These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of techcreatornetwork.com and your communications with Tech Creator Network ("TCN," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Our services
TCN connects brands with independent technology creators and may assist with creator recommendations, outreach, negotiations, campaign coordination, sponsored integrations, and performance reporting. Website content is general information and does not itself create an agency, employment, partnership, exclusivity, or other contractual relationship.
Inquiries and campaign agreements
Submitting a campaign brief or creator application does not guarantee acceptance, a response, a match, creator availability, campaign performance, or payment. Any binding campaign terms—including deliverables, pricing, timing, usage rights, approvals, payment, cancellation, and exclusivity—must be set out in a separate written agreement accepted by the relevant parties.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current information and promptly correct material errors.
- Use the site only for lawful business purposes.
- Respect intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, and contractual rights.
- Not interfere with the site's security, operation, or availability.
- Not submit spam, malicious code, deceptive material, or content that violates applicable law.
Creator and brand information
Creator availability, audience data, rates, and campaign suitability may change. Unless TCN confirms otherwise in writing, information shared during an inquiry is preliminary and subject to verification. Brands and creators remain responsible for reviewing and approving the final terms of any partnership.
Intellectual property
The site and its original text, design, branding, graphics, and code are owned by or licensed to TCN and are protected by applicable law. You may view the site for its intended business purpose, but you may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, or create derivative works from it without permission. Third-party names, logos, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party services and links
The site may rely on or link to third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, or policies. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms.
Disclaimers
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCN disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee campaign results, views, conversions, revenue, creator performance, or the accuracy of third-party information.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update the site or these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when these Terms were last revised. We may suspend or restrict access to protect the site, users, or our rights.
